[size=12pt]07[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年[/size][/font][size=12pt]12[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]月底在厦门[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]袋袋相传皮具店[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]买了一个[/size][/font][size=12pt]435[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元的包[/size][/font][size=12pt]([/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]当时说没发票[/size][/font][size=12pt]),,[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]结果用了不到三天手提的带子居然断了[/size][/font][size=12pt],,[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]找到店家说还在保期期内给我换了一个[/size][/font][size=12pt].[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]从那之后都不敢再装重物[/size][/font][size=12pt], [/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]现在[/size][/font][size=12pt]3[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]月底手提的带子再次完全断了[/size][/font][size=12pt], [/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]只好再次找到店家[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]买这么贵的包质量却如些的差[/size][/font][size=12pt], ([/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]注[/size][/font][size=12pt]:[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]这三个月内先后断了二次[/size][/font][size=12pt])[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]这次店家说是过了[/size][/font][size=12pt]3[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]个月的保修期[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]修一次要[/size][/font][size=12pt]20[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]而且不保证修好[/size][/font][size=12pt]~[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]包拿去修已经[/size][/font][size=12pt]4[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]天了至今没有给我打电话[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我主动打了三四个电话后[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]同意给我换一个相同价格的包[/size][/font][size=12pt].[/size]

   [/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]那我就说好吧[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]那我付[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]你把包和修理费的发票一起开给我[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]店员说可以[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]就这样我拿了包和发票正准备走[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]这时[/size][/font][size=12pt]MM[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]接了到了老板的电话叫住我[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]顺手把刚才开好的发票也抢走了[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]事情突然转变了[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]老板打电话来说不能给我换包了[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]也不能给我发票[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]那个坏了的包我自已拿走[/size][/font][size=12pt]~~[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我顿时惊呆了[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]老板怎么能这样对待自已的客人[/size][/font][size=12pt]?[/size]

这样的店多如牛毛哇，可悲~~~ 有时候贵的东西还真不代表质量呐 假的多半

公平道理

[b][size=5]    从你写的这些来看,你和商家都有不对的对方,第一在没有商家同意的情况下,你也不能强行夺包而走,那样只能让事态发展更加严重.第二你买包时候就应向商家索要发票,三个月后在索要发票而且没有凭据的话,商家是有权利拒绝给你开发票的.第三,商家在4个月内给你换了两个新包,你付20元也不为过.第四商家不能强行抢发票,这样是不对的,要文明经商,顾客在怎样你们都不能太过强硬.第五,顾客是上帝,这句话请所有商家们牢记心头.    [/size][/b]
[b][size=5]     呵呵,我如果是你啊,商家给你换了两个新包,心里该偷着乐才对,我以前在别的地方买包,3个月之内出现的问题也不能给我处理的,想想你还是遇到有良知的好商家咯。[/size][/b]

不会吧？我和我所有同事一直都在袋袋相传买包包的，都好几年拉，客观的说他家的服务态度还是蛮好
的呀，我买的包虽然也出现问题过，但他们都能及时处理的，有时我都挺感动的，而且他家打完折300元
左右的包包其实也不算很贵么，和他们店的员工说当然没用，我建议你和他们老板谈谈应该会有个好
的处理结果的，总之我个人认为没必要为这样的事大动肝火咯。实在不行你和我联系，我和你一起去找
他老板，应该会有一个好结果的。
