出租房内丢东西谁之过
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=宋体]本人系沈阳来厦门的务工人员，现在居住在福建省厦门后埔社[/font][font=Times New Roman]25[/font][font=宋体]号[/font][font=Times New Roman]305[/font][font=宋体]室，事情经过是这样的！[/font][font=Times New Roman]2008[/font][font=宋体]年[/font][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][font=宋体]月[/font][font=Times New Roman]19[/font][font=宋体]日晚上到[/font][font=Times New Roman]2008[/font][font=宋体]年[/font][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][font=宋体]月[/font][font=Times New Roman]31[/font][font=宋体]日中午这段时间，我和我老婆回沈阳的老家办了点事情，当我们[/font][font=Times New Roman]31[/font][font=宋体]日中午回到家的时候发现我们家门的锁被换了，于是我便找房东去询问，可是房东回答让我很意外，他和我说：“你家前两天被撬了我给你们家换了把新锁”当我打开门的时候发现房间内有明显被翻动的痕迹，后来我询问房东为什么不报警，他说他不负责，于是我便报警了，警察也已经立案调查了，但是我并不是有什么怨言，我在这里已经住过两年多了，从来没有出现过这种事情，现在给我弄的我连工作都不敢去了，生怕再有点什么意外，我也曾多次找过房东要求他对我进行责任赔偿，可是房东却告知我他们没有义务和责任帮我看东西，所以不能赔，可是我就纳闷了为什么收房费的时候那么积极，为什么出事情了就要推卸责任呢？我希望媒体和有关部门能给以相应的解决，经过整理具体丢失的东西如下：[/font]
