<P><B>《扎什伦布寺》（图三）</B>
在离日喀则很远的地方，就可以看到尼玛山上扎什伦布寺壮观的
殿宇群落。从图一这张照片看得出，金顶在阳光下熠熠闪光，是它一</P>
<P>路召唤我们前来朝圣。
五个世纪前，扎什伦布寺由一世达赖根敦珠巴所建，后来却成为
历代班禅的住地。原本我们还在揣摩达赖、班禅这形似“一山二虎”的
两大宗教领袖关系如何，这座寺庙似乎给他们的和谐作出了历史证明。
扎什伦布寺内最精美宏伟的灵塔是安放四世班禅法体的灵塔，建造时
花了4年零4个月，花费2000多两黄金、30000多两白银和近80000
斤黄铜，也不比布达拉宫内达赖的灵塔逊色。值得一提的是，这位四
世班禅还是著名的五世达赖喇嘛的老师。
扎什伦布寺最大的骄傲在于它们拥有世界最大的鎏金青铜强巴佛
（藏传佛教中的强巴佛又叫未来佛，也就是我们熟悉的弥勒佛）。佛
像总高26.2米，一只中指就有一米二长。除了黄金、青铜打造外，佛
像周身还镶嵌钻石、珍珠、琥珀之类的宝贝，又把我看得目眩神迷。
据说，这座巨佛是由900个工匠花9年的时间完成的。

<B>《我们的扎西老师》</B>
你看，这位年轻清秀、眼神略带忧郁的小伙子，如果没有一身的红
袈裟，象不象某位电视剧明星呢？
他的名字叫扎西（藏语“吉祥”的意思），是扎什伦布寺的喇嘛，由
于他做了我们的向导，便自然成了我们的“扎西老师”。
扎西老师也是我们接触最多的一位喇嘛。他的笑容质朴，讲解认真，
我们更肆无忌惮地过问他的个人生活。扎西9岁就来到扎什伦布寺，并
在这里度过了十多个年头。他学习很勤奋，汉语就是自学的，因此他成
为寺院为数不多能说普通话，能做导游的喇嘛。
“你在寺院里觉得生活单调枯燥吗？想过看看外面的世界吗？”我曾经
问过扎西老师。他想了想回答我，单调的感觉他有过，不过他已经把这个
寺院当成了自己的家。
“那么你一天都是怎么过的呢？”扎西老师的回答让我吃惊。他说早起
后必要念经、做法事，但大概9点以后寺院的喇嘛就开始各就各位，分头
工作：做饭的做饭，收门票的收门票，当导游的当导游，大概也是8小时
工作制。“为什么你们也要工作呢？”扎西回答说“我们现在是以寺养寺，
哪能不做事。”
原来喇嘛也得为“三斗米折腰”，后来更让我吃惊的是，有的寺院还有
自己的寺办企业，活佛也当起了企业家。
